The structure features of the dissolved air flotation system
The machine operates using a high efficiency air dissolving principle. Firstly, the raw water, air dissolved water and chemicals ( all the linear rotational flow goes into) rapidly combine , release, flocculate and float, the micro bubble has large density. Secondly, when the micro bubble arrives the middle-upper part of the machine structure, the floating speed is similar to the stable zero speed, and the stereoscopic microcirculation is forming. Thus ensuring the sufficient contact and combination between micro bubble and flocculating constituent. No matter the combination process and the combined flocculating constituent will not be damaged by the external force. And the supernatant is stable.
The operating principle of the dissolved air flotation system
Dispensing equipment: The drug flows through the flowmeter, then dissolves, filtrates and slab rubber pumps(according to the special technology proportion) the drug to the micro bubble generator of the air flotation, and the raw water flows through the air dissolved water (in order to decrease the treatment load, the air dissolved water can uses the raw water) to the bubble generator respectively at the same time. After the relatively stable pressure of the dissolving water device, the high density air dissolved water, raw water and liquid medicine rapidly release pressure and float, thus ensuring the sufficient combination of the micro bubble and flocculating constituent in the sewage. The micro bubble takes the suspended solid float to the middle-upper part and forms the stable supernatant, the stereoscopic microcirculation is stabilizing, and the suspended solids will not be damaged the combination by the external force in the combination process. The clean water is stored near the clear area of the lower middle part of groove structure in the function of stereoscopic microcirculation, and the clean water flows away through the clean water outlet. When the flocculating constituent forms the stable supernatant in the upper plane of the groove structure and rises to the special water level, the flocculating constituent will be expelled by the oblique sludge tank and does not need power equipment. Closing each outlet valve (clean water valve), the liquid level rising and all the supernatant will be expelled completely when the dissolved air flotation system needs the timing drain contamination. In addition, there is a contamination valve drain at the bottom, so the sewage in the bottom can be drained regularly
